Commonwealth Bank is a subsidiary of CommonwealthBank of Australia (CBA). Initially, the Commonweath Bank of Australia estabished a presence in Indonesia by opening a Representative office in 1990.
In 1997, a new entity, PT BII Commonwealth was established to provide
corporate banking services to Indonesian and other corporate entities.
In 2000, PT BII Commonwealth changed its name to become Commonwealth Bank, with the CBA as the majority shareholder.
In early 2007, the CommonwealthBank offered to acquire a majority stake in Bank ANK (83%). With the acceptance of the offer by Bank ANK`s ownersand following the signing of the acquisition deed on July 26, 2007, preparations began for Bank ANK to be merged into the Commonwealth Bank.
The effective merger date was set for December 31, 2007. Effective from January 2, 2008, Bank ANK began operating as an integral part of the Commonwealth Bank.

Required Qualifications and Skills :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
Having experience at least 3 (three) years experience as Marketing Lending in Local or Foreign Bank
A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
Excellent selling and networking skills
Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
Highly motivated, discipline and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
