Report to the Group Business Solutions Manager, you will be in charge for the following roles:
Lead to identify, discuss, define, challenge and documenting the business requirements and/or business issues with business functions peoples.
Manage small to medium size IS project management within timely & cost manner – which are:
Stage business requirements identification, as-is analysis included gap analysis
Stage project plan (work with business solutions manager) to develop the project charter
Stage solution/system design included functional specification or scope of work development
Stage development where the incumbent will work closely with the technical specialist included testing & fixing
Stage piloting included UAT and go live preparation
Stage implementation & education
Stage after go live support
Providing 2nd level support of the deployed solutions
Expressing ideas (plans or solutions) clearly and effectively through both oral and written communication to individuals and groups within CCBI Indonesia or in the organization outside the line of formal authority (such as peers in other units or senior management).
To be successful in this position, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:
University graduated S-1 with Industrial Engineering, or related background.
Proven project management that enabler IT hands-on experience with position as Team Leader (1-3 times) to implement ERP and/or system solution which coverage head office and more than 3 branches including after GO LIVE support.
Notable business process knowledge: ability to demonstrate experiences to deep understand, analyze and/or design/re-engineering business process in area supply chain, manufacturing, sales and distribution and also financial accounting; with small to medium size FMCG industry.
Demonstrate a good common sense in understanding in relevant business issues.
Excellent analytical skill, reliable person, positive, enthusiastic, work independently, team work, hard working, proactive, open and & can show strong leadership.
Excellent communications skill both verbal and written in English.
