Responsible for managing the collection function in the branch in accordance with company’s policies and procedures to minimize the level of bad debts through an optimal portfolio management. Placement: Jakarta, Medan, Palembang, Lampungand Balikpapan.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
Maximum age of 33 years old (for staff positions)
Having minimum of 2 years previous relevant experiences at similar position.
Showing good leadership skill, conceptual and analytical thinking, exceptional communication, interpersonal skill, and high achiever
