Job Summary :
- As a marketing worker of Allianz, AE shall have tasks and
obligations as well as authorities to help assisting and/or marketing
Employee Benefit product issued by Allianz over time, in which its
marketing process shall be conducted according to all provisions of
prevailing regulations and other related rules.
- As a marketing worker, present as financial planner for prospective
customers of ALLIANZ including providing complete, clear and correct
information to prospective customers as well as to market all insurance
products determined by Allianz.
- Being responsible in reaching production target as referred to in terms and conditions as determined by ALLIANZ.
- Meet the standard of appointment prospective customers and registered customers in the Company conducted monthly.
- Preparing requested proposal based on customer needs and proper as
well as qualified proposals according to the company’s rules and
storing all related proposals and documents.
Job Requirements :
- Minimal 2 years sales experience (preferably in group insurance) with proven track records.
- High achiever and motivated person
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in English (verbal & written)
Other requirements :
- Self starter and able to work independently
- Proactive approach to work
- Team player
