Initiate, manage coordinate and execute a comprehensive breading
program for line and hybrid development in rice, lines and hybrids that
are developed should eventually / contribute to the commercial success
of the company
Requirements:
- Posses Agricultural Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Having 5 years experience in handling 2-line and 3-line systems of hybrid rice breeding is preferable
- Strong knowledge of breeding theories (genetics, statistics, field plot techniques) at least MS in plant breeding
- Basic knowledge or marker applications to breeding
- Effective Planning, Time Management and delegation
- Proficient in English
- Based in Cikampek
