Communicate FAB(feature, advantage, benefit) and value of
products/technology for farmer and other stakeholders in order to
create demand from farmer end user. Responsible for implementing sales
and marketing program to achieve expected result (sales, product
grounding and market share)
Requirements:
- Posses Agricultural Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Having 3 years working experience in sales and or marketing preferable in agricultural industry
- Having good communication skill and value selling skill to be able
to build strong relationship with farmer, channels and other
stakeholders
- Willing to work in a field and able to manage field activities
- Understand in English
- Based in Java/Sumatra
