MAA International was founded on 22 September 1968 in Kuala Lumpur. In the year 1969, Maa has been listed in the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange and has been classified as blue chip stocks - Maa currently known as one of the largest insurance companies in Malaysia, offering various solutions and insurance products either individual or group. Maa currently scattered in several countries, namely Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Thailand, and will soon expand to Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, China and the Middle East. Maa Life the first time present in Indonesia on 11 September 1998 to provide technical management asistensi with the local life insurance companies. In the year 2001, PT inaugurated Maa Life insurance companies as the Joint Venture. In order to meet the needs of the economy through our insurance program based on the Sharia, Maa Life Assurance Division has developed the Sharia, which was established on September 1st, 2000. Basis of the product - our product is based on sharia / comply with the principles of sharia (QS: 5:90 and QS :2:275-276). Product - the product must not contain elements of gharar (the pastian), maysir (gambling), usury (interest) and the other containing ma'shiyat.

Currently, PT. Maa Life has branch offices in Medan, and 7 representative offices located in Jakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Batam, Bandung, Pekanbaru and Pontianak. Until this day, Maa Life agent has more than 1,000 marketing agents.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, max. 38 years old.
• Experience in Compliance or Legal or minimum 3 years in Financial Industry.
• Well exposed to business, finance and Insurance.
• Relevant bachelor or postgraduate degree, preferable Economical background.
• High achievers (performance oriented).
• Good at writing reports, internal policies and procedures.
• Familiar with ISO system, Six Sigma, and any Quality Management System.
• Good in operating MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Possess high sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and Integrity.
• Strong Service-Excellence mind-set, highly responsible, reliable, honest and punctual.
• To be able to use initiative and make appropriate decisions.
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English (oral and written) and possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of people.
• Strong leadership, analytical skill, and results oriented.
