Job description:
- Responsible for maintaining and managing existing IT infrastructure including network and servers in windows and linux environment.
- Managing daily network and server operations
- Responsible for uptime, performance and overall health of infrastructure. Ensuring high availability and reliability
- Monitor, design, and troubleshoot all aspect of network infrastructure
- Contribute to establish process and procedures that support security, disaster recovery, business continuity and quality of infrastructure
- Planning infrastructure upgrade
- Provides helpdesk support when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience in managing network infrastructure
- In depth knowledge of networking in both windows and linux
- In depth knowledge managing router, vpn, proxy and firewall
- Experienced in active directory administration is a must
- Experienced managing lotus notes is a big plus
- Experienced implementing active monitoring and capacity planning to ensure high availability and redundancy
- Experienced with mikrotik
- Willing to travel out of Jakarta
- Analytical, good communication and can do attitude is a must
- Proactive, good analytical skills and enjoy teaching
