Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Solid experience in General Affairs and General Services area (including university canteen / food services, car-pool, cleaning service, etc)
- Good English skill both spoken and written
- Some experience in preparing contract and simple negotiation and some legal knowledge about contract arrangement
- Preferably, some knowledge in building management.
- Good communication skill especially in negotiation skill
- High integrity
- Proactive and self-starter, can perform well with minimum supervisory and guidance
- Entrepreneurship skill.
- Experience in working for an educational institution would be an advantage.
