The SEBBA (Swift Engineering Buckets, Bodies and Attachments) division has been established as the product design and development arm of the Swift Group Holdings, with an initial focus on truck bodies and excavator buckets.
Swift, over many years, has developed highly specialised expertise in design and functionality aspects of heavy earth moving equipment components.
This technical expertise, combined with its intimate knowledge of client's operational objectives and expectations, have placed SEBBA in an ideal position to develop client 'solutions' in relation to their earth moving activities and associated productivity objectives.

Reporting to the General Manager and will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Work with Business Development Manager to establish project time frames and budgets for projects
- Preparation Project Plans
- Negotiate costing, engage and manage multiple subcontractors
- Manage QA/QC Inspectors
- Provide weekly updates to clients
- Negotiate and procurement of material
- Provide technical advice to Sales Team and Contractors
- Feedback to Engineering Department for continuous improvement
- Coordinate site visit and inspection throughout warranty period
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Trade / Engineering background in Heavy Engineering
- Thorough understanding of welding, QA/QC and NDT procedures
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken good English
- MS Office and Project application, also AutoCAD experience
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong focus on safety and quality
