Requirements :
.NET Framework 2.0 / 3.0 Fundamental (CLR, CLI, CTS, etc)
ASP.NET 2.0 with the concept of Web Form and/or MVC (any framework)
Web Services and Windows Communication Foundation is a must
SQL server or/and any RDBMS
Must have MCSD or MCPD Certification. Microsoft MVP is most welcome (since right now PT. Infinys System Indonesia has 2 active MVP and 1 former MVP)
Unified Modeling Language Or Business Process Modeling Notation (Spec and report must be delivered in this notation)
Data Layer and it's concept (must be able to tell the difference among : ORM, Active Record or DTO)
Object Oriented Programming and familiar with Design pattern and Martin Fowler's Pattern of Enterprise Architecture is a plus point
Personal Skills:
Ability to develop and evaluate complex applications and functions
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Language Skills: Good written and verbal knowledge of the English language
